Paamarajana Paalini is a beautiful kriti of Muthuswami Dikshitar praising the goddess Brahannayaki (the consort of Brahadeshwara, the presiding deity at the temple in Tanjavur). It is presented in raga Sumadyuti (Simhendramadhyamam) and tala Rupaka. The recording is from a concert at AIR Chennai and the accompanists are V.L. Kumar (violin) and Kumbakonam K.
