Recognizing our inner strength – Veera Hanumathe

Hanuman, also known as ‘Anjaneya’, is one of the most important personalities in the Indian Epic, Ramayana. He stands as the prime example of a Bhakta (devotee of God) in popular conception. Anjaneya embodies unalloyed devotion and is a unique symbol of courage, commitment and perseverance. These pandemic times call for courage and as Anjaneya did, each of us may find great inner reserves within ourselves. So recognizing they exist and drawing upon them can help us cope better.
