The song Nambikettavarillavo Rangayya is a composition of Purandaradasa in the ragam Kalyani set to Misra Chapu. In this song, the composer talks about having faith in a higher power (Rangayya). The recording is from my concert at National College, Jayanagar organized by the Bangalore Lalithkala Parishad. Stalwarts Lalgudi Rajalakshmi (violin) and B.K. Chandramouli (mridangam) support on stage.
